We use Australia Post eParcel to deliver your purchases within Australia. You have the option of choosing Express Parcel Post or Regular Parcel Post (all parcel post comes with tracking). Please note: orders that contain eau de cologne perfumes or nail polish cannot be sent by air and so will be despatched by Regular Post.
Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days, but can be longer to regional WA. We highly recommend our rural or regional WA customers take advantage of our Upgrade to Express service for a small fee, and have peace of mind your parcel will be with you a 1 or 2 days.
Express eParcel Post is Next Day delivery Australia-wide in capital cities within AU Post’s specified zones. Regional centres and rural areas may take 1-2 business days.
Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post.
Tracking numbers will be included on your “Shipped” email, however, you will need to go to Australia Post’s website to track your parcel. Enter your tracking number here auspost.com.au/track

PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
It is the ethos of JK Beauty Services to deal with customer concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly. Customer service issues are best raised by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our office number +614 51 385 461. Email is our preferred option as this gives us a written record of the issue and at busy times, we may not always able to answer the phone. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem for you in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong product or wrong shade? You may return your purchase to us within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Shipping is non-refundable including any free shipping charges we have paid on your behalf.
You will have to bear the costs of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. For exchanges, you will also need to pay the new postage costs.
Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of beauty and toiletry products we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product.
If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of its original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED.
If you believe you are having an allergic reaction to a product you are allowed to return it with no more then 1/4 of the product used.
If for any reason a product is deemed as defective within 14 days of receiving it, please return the unused portion to us, and if on inspection we agree, we will send a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise MUST be returned to us unopened and unused and in perfect condition. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately by email at email@example.com or by phone on +614 51 385 461 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Please provide your order number and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to get further instructions.
