Discover the ancient art of Gua Sha, a Chinese technique that rejuvenates and tightens skin while promoting relaxation. This anti-aging method uses specialised scraping tools designed for different facial and body areas.

The training is split into Basic and Advanced levels. Basic covers foundational techniques, while Advanced delves into traditional scraping methods with warm, durable tools for deeper, more effective treatments.

Gua Sha tools are crafted from durable materials like water buffalo horn, stone, and metal, offering versatility and precision for various treatments.

Training Overview

What You’ll Learn:

• The unique manual anti-aging treatment with a water buffalo horn tool is based on the original Chinese method. Buffalo horns are non-breakable and uniquely shaped, making them ideal for reaching and massaging different areas of the face with ease.
• Techniques to reduce wrinkles, lift and tighten sagging skin, and enhance facial muscle tone.
• Methods to reduce puffiness and dark circles while rejuvenating tired, stressed skin for a healthy glow.
• Application of sculpting and lifting oil blend full of antioxidants to nourish, hydrate, and elasticise skin.

Course Structure

1-Day Intensive Training

• Morning Session:
  • Theory: Gua Sha origins, physiological effects, purification, storage, and material knowledge.
  • Practical demonstration and technique step-by-step explanation.
• Afternoon Session:
  • Hands-on practice using a model for real-time application of Gua Sha techniques.

Training Mode & Location

• Online: Attend via Zoom with access to live demonstrations, practice on your model and Q&A sessions.
• Offline: Conducted at 6/322 St. Kilda Rd., St. Kilda, Melbourne or at a local venue for groups of 6 or more.
